At 14 years I had ten vertabrae fused and two metal rods put in my spine to "prevent" scoliosis. At 21 (due to a Transcendental Meditation course loosening up my spine) I had them removed. Join me in a class with Hope Martin, a teacher of the Alexander Technique to learn about the most powerful physical technique that addressed what could have been big problems for me later on in life (like possibly now ha-ha!)!!!
